1. Event Registrations

  • Cancellations by Attendees:

    • If you cancel your registration 7 days or more before the event, you may be eligible for a partial refund (less any transaction fees).

    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.

    • No-shows are not eligible for a refund.

  • Event Cancellations by Us:

    • If we cancel an event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to a future event.

    • We are not responsible for additional costs incurred (e.g., travel, accommodation).

 

2. Digital Products (eBooks, Courses, Downloads)

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

  • If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will ensure you receive your product.

 

3. Services (Consulting, Coaching, Projects)

  • Deposits: Deposits paid for services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.

  • Cancellations:

    • If you cancel before work has begun, you may be entitled to a partial refund (excluding non-refundable deposit and transaction fees).

    • Once services have started, no refunds will be issued.

  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a service session, you must provide at least 48 hours notice. Failure to do so may result in forfeiting the session without refund.

 

4. Payment Disputes

  • If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us directly at info@triumphguobadia.com before initiating a chargeback.

  • Unauthorised chargebacks will be considered a breach of these terms and may result in termination of future access to our services/events.

 

5. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Transaction fees charged by payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) are non-refundable.
