1. Event Registrations

Cancellations by Attendees:

If you cancel your registration 7 days or more before the event, you may be eligible for a partial refund (less any transaction fees).

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.

No-shows are not eligible for a refund.

Event Cancellations by Us:

If we cancel an event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to a future event.

We are not responsible for additional costs incurred (e.g., travel, accommodation).

2. Digital Products (eBooks, Courses, Downloads)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will ensure you receive your product.
3. Services (Consulting, Coaching, Projects)

Deposits: Deposits paid for services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.

Cancellations:

If you cancel before work has begun, you may be entitled to a partial refund (excluding non-refundable deposit and transaction fees).

Once services have started, no refunds will be issued.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a service session, you must provide at least 48 hours notice. Failure to do so may result in forfeiting the session without refund.

Unauthorised chargebacks will be considered a breach of these terms and may result in termination of future access to our services/events.
5. Processing of Refunds
